Facts
- Size
- Board 52 × 12 mm, 1.5 mm thick. 55 × 18 × 28 mm overall, with the module, the terminal block and the knob.
- Power
- USB-C Power Delivery at 5, 12 or 15 V, chosen to suit the fitted light.
- Outputs
- 3 output terminals on a 4-pole push-in terminal block. Each is set at assembly to a PWM light channel (low-side switched), a ground return, or a direct data line such as WS281x.
- Protection
- Input voltage and current are sampled 2,000 times a second. Above the limit (3 A total) every output is cut until reset. Both readings are shown live.
- Controls
- A rotary knob with a push button, the built-in web page, and MQTT to Home Assistant. Boards link with each other over the local network.
- Firmware
- Native ESP-IDF, updated over the air. One firmware image serves every build; the build's personality is written once at the factory, and user settings survive updates.
- Expansion
- A header for a WS281x data line, I²C or a microphone.
- Traceability
- A serial-number field on the underside of every board.
