carnation is our second product line: a configurable device platform built around one ESP32-C6 board whose hardware personality — light channels, fans, encoder controls, USB-PD bus voltage — is composed rather than hard-coded, then flashed and recorded per unit. The device constructor lives inside our ERP, so every board carries a serial number with its full history: what firmware was written to it, by whom, when, and the verbatim report of every functional test it passed.

An open research track, deliberately kept off the product critical path: libtracer is a zero-copy, decentralized, graph-based pub/sub protocol designed to carry one wire format from a 16 KB microcontroller to a GPU, across vendors and transports.
